Prep Time:15minutes mins Cook Time:0minutes mins Total Time:15minutes mins Ingredients 8 ounces cooked chicken breast (from a rotisserie chicken, shredded or diced) 1/4 cup celery (sliced) 3 tablespoons Hellman’s mayonnaise 1/4 cup chicken broth 1 tablespoon dried cranberries 1 tablespoon red onion (chopped) 2 medium sweet red apples (sliced into rounds, then cored) Instructions Prepare the Chicken Salad:  In a medium bowl combine the chicken with celery, mayonnaise, chicken broth, cranberries and red onion, and stir until combined.   Ingredients: 2 lobster tails, split in half 8 large sea scallops 3 tablespoons unsalted butter 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Lemon wedges, for garnish Directions: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sautĆ© for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Place the lobster tails, shell side down, into the skillet. Baste the lobster with the garlic butter, cooking for 5-6 minutes or until the meat turns opaque and is cooked through. Remove the lobster from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the sea scallops. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
